2. Participants will identify strategies to work through difficult emotions.
3. Participants will learn strategies to work toward values regardless of thoughts, emotions, or internal events.
4. Participants will identify tools to proactively prevent anxiety, depression, and burnout.
5. Participants will identify tools to reactively reduce anxiety, depression, and burnout.
