DFMI Orlando Presentation
SAF/FMFO is transforming how commands and units across the Department of the Air Force understand and act on financial data—by delivering tailored financial dashboard tools built on Enterprise-approved data sources and mission-focused layouts. Today, these dashboards are being rolled out across Major Commands, Field Commands, Combatant Commands, and multiple Center-level organizations, helping leaders and analysts access clearer insights with confidence and consistency. Beyond standardized Enterprise applications, these dashboards add powerful enhancements—such as command coding packages, cascading filters, and transaction-level detail—to make reporting more actionable, more precise, and more aligned to operational needs. Learning Objectives: 1. After participating in this session, attendees should be able to describe the data analytics benefits provided by financial dashboards to the commands. 2. After participating in this session, attendees should be able to describe how the dashboards utilize and contribute to the Air Force’s finance data fabric. 3. After participating in this session, attendees should be able to describe how to gain access to the dashboards and what the primary uses for the dashboard in daily operations.
