The FMA Team and GMU will discuss the origin, purpose, and development of the FM Academy and its applicability to the DON FM Mission.
Learning Objectives:
1. Define the distinct FM Training Academy curriculums and instructional approaches form an integrated strategy to upskill the workforce.
2. Evaluate the current state of DON FM training capabilities and challenges, and define the FM Training Academy’s role in supporting mission readiness.
3. Identify the ways in which the FM Training Academy’s curriculums and learning pathways will improve the skills, performance, and proficiencies.
