The speakers will discuss and spotlight how AI technology can increase efficiency in gathering and responding to evidential matter (EM) requests from an auditor. They will present a proof-of-concept model in real time. It provides detailed information to management related to the quality of the EM. Such technology will facilitate the Department of War's goal of utilizing advanced technological solutions in achieving and sustaining a financial statement audit opinion. This capability is an FY27 goal as defined by the Secretary of War that is available now.
