Fostering collective efficacy requires instructional leaders who create high trust climates, demand high expectations, and legitimize and support a narrative of learning. During this keynote, we’ll explore how collective efficacy is fed by evidence of impact and consider ways in which school leaders can create the conditions for collective efficacy in their schools.
