Leading and learning through a pandemic has innovated an application of best practices steering creative instructional methods to support achievement. Collaborative instructional frameworks utilizing blended learning, differentiated small group instruction, and purposeful data analysis embodies daily opportunities for authentic learning experiences supporting the whole child. As leaders, how do we develop intrinsic motivation within staff to invest in pedagogical shifts as well as develop internal accountability measures in their Professional Learning Communities? This session will provide a starting point to drive this conversation in your school environment as well as provide supplemental materials to build collaborative teacher efficacy. The goal is to build teacher capacity through instructional leadership directly impacting student learning.
