Schools across the nation are grappling with methods to make schools more engaging and inclusive for diverse learners while increasing teacher efficacy and student achievement. Yet, a systematic approach to doing so is rarely ever utilized. Participants will gain knowledge of actionable steps and resources that will facilitate their staff’s collective impact on student learning and concurrently their students’ ownership of their involvement in the learning process through goal setting and progress monitoring. These strategies promote teacher buy-in and peer accountability in support of school-wide goals through the cycle of continuous improvement.
