Communities in new build areas or facing disaster and disadvantage are seeing local leaders suggest social prescribing initiatives as a way of addressing isolation and social issues. This presentation will outline the 4D Co-Design Framework and explore the various phases involved in creating strong local partnerships. The difference between consultation and real co-design will be highlighted and attendees will be directed to an online repository of tools and templates.
