This session will introduce Sparked, Australia’s national FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource) Accelerator led by CSIRO, which brings together government, clinicians, technologists, and industry to co-develop standards that enable seamless health data exchange across the country. Presenters will explore the importance of interoperability and provide an overview of the Australian Clinical Data for Interoperability (AUCDI)—its purpose, current status, and future development. The session will also highlight community feedback around capturing Social Determinants of Health and Social Emotional Wellbeing, and how national data standards can support more connected, person-centred care.
