The approaches to address future cybersecurity challenges are likely as diverse as the known and unknown security threats. Do we need more formalism and provably correct software? More intrusion testing and bounty challenges to “hack” the systems in a controlled setting? Or does the solution lie in pattern recognition algorithms and advanced artificial intelligence?
