Considering the context that organizations like schools districts are operating within, this session will explore the value of authentically engaging the community in co-creating a direction into the future. Specifically, this session will explore the process employed by Academy District 20 to develop a new strategic plan and the role of the community in its development. This work has included data-driven analysis, community-consensus recommendations, and task force design to define and build guidance. Through these turbulent times, we have seen the need to focus and prioritize this work.
