The relationship between music and mindfulness. 2. How music acts as a medium for processing emotions, trauma, and grief. 3. How music can be utilized as a regulating or calming agent for anxiety or mood dysregulation. 4. Participants will discuss and create Attitudes Adjustment Playlist that have been proven to lower depression and anxiety with evidence based research.
