In this interactive session, participants will explore ethical codes that address the mental health professional’s ethical responsibilities to colleagues. Through guided discussion and real-world applications, we will examine the reciprocal expectations of ethical conduct among professionals, emphasizing how these principles shape workplace culture, collaboration, and accountability. Objectives: Participants will examine ethical standards in professional relationships, with a focus on building and utilizing support systems. Participants will review techniques to enhance communication and connection among colleagues at different organizational levels (e.g., worker vs. supervisor). Participants will identify strategies for navigating workplace challenges, including difficult behaviors and conflicts, through the framework of the Code of Ethics.
