The presentation will focus on helping the audience understand that self-care is an ethical responsibility for practitioners to both use themselves and teach clients/patients. It will be broken into segments related to how and why we practice self-care, why we should be educating clients/patients about self-care, and what the future of self-care may look like if we incorporate indigenous wisdom. Session Objectives: Participants will learn how self-care is an ethical responsibility. Participants will identify ways to practice and educate on self-care.
