In this intervention research presentation, the researcher will showcase spirituality, humanity, and social work practice. The presentation will use two learning activities, e.g., fostering a learning environment with music and speed shout-out exercises, which will be applied to the audience. The participants will identify gaps in care, understand diverse client demographics, create personalized, culturally responsive treatment plans, and explore culturally diverse treatment approaches to enhance client outcomes. By attending this presentation, conference participants will: Gain a comprehensive understanding of The Village Nac: A Model of Community-Based Client-Focused Care and its impact on mental health support. Enhance their ability to engage in open and constructive conversations about faith-based mental health practices. Identify gaps in care and develop culturally responsive treatment plans to better serve diverse client populations. Explore solution-focused practice models, including housing, help, hope, and healing, to support holistic client well-being.
