Making Journeys Work: From Finding a Journey to Best Practices for Coordinators
> This workshop demystifies the journey process for both participants and coordinators. Field Representatives will explain how to learn about and join journeys using MyFF and the Journey Marketplace, while highlighting the different types of journeys available. The session will also focus on best practices for Ambassador and Host Coordinators, including vetting potential ambassadors, managing demand, and exploring fair participation models such as first-come systems or points-based approaches.

Navigating MyFF & the FFI Website: A Hands-On Guide to Member Tools
> Designed as a functional, step-by-step session, this workshop walks participants through the tools and information available on the FFI website and MyFF. Attendees will learn how to find special journeys, Open World programs, the Journey Marketplace, independent journeys, and club details. The session will also cover how to identify club leaders and Regional Support Managers, update club information, and confidently navigate the site to find what you need—when you need it.

Growing Our Clubs: Practical New Member Recruitment & Onboarding
> This interactive workshop explores proven strategies for attracting, welcoming, and retaining new members. Field Representatives will share effective recruitment materials, onboarding frameworks, and best practices for helping prospective members understand how clubs operate and how to get involved. Participants will hear real-life examples from clubs about what’s worked, learn ways to increase diversity through intentional community networking, and receive a customizable template letter for outreach to local organizations.
