Carlynn Higbie, OTR, has served as a trainer and a consultant in school-based therapy best practices for over 30 years. She has been practicing for over 45 years with a primary focus on both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings. She has supported students with educational disabilities both as a practitioner and a trainer/coach/educator for other educators. She worked for 5 years as a part-time Learning Consultant for WI DPI and currently works as a Professional Development Specialist for CESA 1. Carlynn also brings expertise in Medicaid for School-Based Services. She is a previous member of the National Alliance for Medicaid in Education and the Wisconsin DHS Therapy Stakeholders Group.
