Susan is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience leading programs, people, and processes. Currently serving in her role for more than a decade, she has established herself as a dedicated and skilled leader. Before joining OKIE811, Susan held the position of COO with the Girl Scouts, where she played a crucial role in shaping organizational strategies. Her expertise in Information Technology was honed during her tenure as the Information Technology Director with OKDHS-Data Services Division. Prior to that, she served as a Risk Information Manager with Fleming Companies. Complementing her professional accomplishments, Susan is actively engaged in the Facility Notification Center Association (FNCA), where she currently serves as the board chair. Her commitment to this role underscores her dedication to the broader community and her desire to contribute to the advancement of industry standards. Susan is a proud alumna of the University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Computer Science. She currently resides in Edmond OK with her husband.
