Sharri Hiller is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in municipal and highway engineering, with special expertise in utility coordination and construction management. She is experienced in all facets of utility coordination, roadway design and engineering, preconstruction project management, and project management and inspection. She currently is the Utility Oversight Manager for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority’s ACCESS program, a long range plan to update Oklahoma’s turnpike system with new interchange access points to communities, widen existing turnpikes, update bridges and pavement and add three new routes in the Oklahoma City metro area to complete the Outer Loop and provide an I-35 reliever route. Ms. Hiller first professional employer was the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. During her tenure at ODOT, Ms. Hiller served as an inspector, project manager, Assistant Resident Engineer for Edmond, Oklahoma, Special Assistant to the Chief Engineer, and Resident Engineer at Ardmore, Oklahoma (Sharri was the first female to be a resident engineer for ODOT.) She started working for Triad Design Group (now TEIM Design) in 1999. For TEIM Design, Ms. Hiller serves as the Construction Manager and coordinates utilities for OTA, ODOT, street/highway and municipal projects. Sharri has been married to her husband Jeff for over 40 years and has two children, a daughter-in-law, a grandson and a son-in-law.
