Rudy A. Grajales is a seasoned bilingual safety and leadership professional with over 15 years of service in the United States Air Force, where he developed a strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills before retiring. Following his military career, Rudy worked as a Human Resource Specialist, playing a key role in recruiting talent and providing safety orientation to Hispanic employees. His ability to bridge communication gaps helped create safer and more inclusive work environments. For the past seven years, Rudy has been an integral part of Autry Technology Center, where he began as a Safety Trainer and later advanced to Safety Lead. He specializes in teaching Leadership and Communication courses in Spanish, helping professionals strengthen their skills and advance their careers. In addition to his instructional role, Rudy serves as a Safety Coordinator at Bri-Steel Manufacturing. He ensures compliance with safety regulations, develops training programs, and promotes a proactive safety culture within the organization. Rudy is also a certified McElroy Polyfusion Instructor, training operators and inspectors on pipe fusion equipment in alignment with industry standards and best practices. His combined expertise in leadership, workforce development, and industrial safety continues to drive positive changes in manufacturing and training environments.
