Eva Donahue is the Member Services Liaison with OKIE811. She began her career with OKIE811 as a Customer Service Representative, working directly with excavators to process locate requests. In this role she developed a strong understanding of the communication challenges and the need for clear, accurate information to support safety and damage prevention efforts.
As her experience grew, Eva transitioned into Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator, where she worked closely with teams focusing on improving ticket accuracy and training to ensure representatives were knowledgeable in state law requirements, ticket entry standards, and quality expectations to support accurate and compliant One-Call operations.
Eva has over 25 years of experience in the 811-industry. She now works directly with facility operators, supporting membership engagement, account management, and compliance education. Drawing from her operational background, she brings a balanced perspective that bridges the needs of excavators and operators alike. She is a firm believer in continuous improvement and is proud to assist members with their safety and damage prevention goals. Her passion lies in building strong relationships, seeking opportunities to improve services, and ensuring members receive the highest level of support and quality service.
Outside of work Eva enjoys watching her daughter play softball, spending time with her family and volunteering at church.
