As the Chief Executive Officer for the Center Phase Energy family of companies, she oversees strategic growth and innovation while leveraging her extensive expertise in operations, resource planning, and leadership development. Throughout her career, Nicole has held critical leadership roles, including Director of Transmission & Distribution Construction Operations and Resource Planning & Coordination at Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E), where she spearheaded transformational initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Her tenure also includes impactful contributions as Director of Process/Manufacturing Engineering at Terex Corporation, where she implemented lean manufacturing strategies that delivered multimillion-dollar savings. Nicole’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional roles. She is an active Board Member for OKIE811 - Oklahoma One-Call System, Inc. and previously held a board position for the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City, where she contributes her strategic insights to advance organizational missions. Nicole has also been a community investment committee member for The United Way of Greater Oklahoma. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Nicole combines technical expertise with a passion for driving organizational success.
