He was the executive producer of the behemoth Play On Festival, produced off-Broadway in collaboration with Classic Stage Company in New York which saw all 39 Play On commissions produced as staged readings over the course of five weeks. Outside of his producing work Taylor is an accomplished storyteller, director, dramaturg and writer. He also serves as the Board Chairperson of The Midwives, an artistic development collective based out of Chicago. Taylor is an avid National Parks fan from childhood and spends a good amount of time in a Chicago glass studio designing and constructing Stained Glass artwork. A 2009 graduate of University of Evansville with a degree in performance, Taylor is thrilled to be retuning to KC/ACTF for the first time since he was a college student when he was a two-time Irene Ryan nominee and a one time acting partner.
