Amy Lyn is a dynamic, multifaceted dance/musical theatre educator. After receiving her M.F.A. in Dance from University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign, Amy Lyn enjoyed a robust professional performing career as a member Actor’s Equity Association with: Marriott Theatre Lincolnshire, Drury Lane, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Little Theatre on the Square, Theatre at the Center, Foothill Musical Theatre, California Conservatory, and American Musical Theatre of San Jose. She has been on faculty and choreographed for Illinois Wesleyan University, Lake Forest College, College of Lake County, De Anza College, and Notre Dame de Namur University, and is currently an Associate Professor at Elmhurst University.
