Jess Olcott is the Training Program Coordinator at ETC working on planning and execution of technical, sales, and end user trainings across the country. Jess earned her BFA in Theatrical Production and Design with a concentration in Lighting Design from SUNY Fredonia in New York, and her MFA in Production Technology and Management with an emphasis in Production and Stage Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to her work in training and education, Jess was a freelance stage manager and a Project Manager for ETC specializing in theme park projects across the globe. In her spare time, Jess can be found snuggled up with her golden retriever and a good book.
