Benjamin Edwards currently serves as the Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has testified as an ethics expert on behalf of the Nevada Bar Association and previously served as the Chair of the Professional Responsibility Section for the Association of American Law Schools. He is a current member of the American Bar Association's Corporate Laws Committee. This committee has jurisdiction over the Model Business Corporation Act, which is followed in whole or in part by a majority of states. His writing has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Bloomberg, Financial Times, and numerous other publications.
