Ryan R. Moser is President and Chief Fiduciary Officer of Seven Post Trust Company, a Nevada-chartered retail trust company serving ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs, executives, and multigenerational families. He serves on the firm's Board of Directors and its Trust, Investment, and Distribution Committees, and led the company's formation and licensing from inception.
Prior to Seven Post, Ryan practiced as a tax attorney with Holland & Hart LLP and Aguirre Riley, P.C., with earlier roles at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and in public accounting. He has taught accounting and management as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada since 2011 and serves as Trustee and Treasurer of The Children's Cabinet.
Ryan holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law, a J.D. with High Honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and an MBA and BS in Accounting from the University of Nevada. He is licensed to practice law in California, Idaho, and Nevada and is a CPA in Nevada.
