Lic. Natilia Rivera Grijalva has a long history of public service. She has served as the Director of Agreement Follow-up and Information Control, as well as the Design, Evaluation, and Follow-up for the State Alliance for Public Security of the Technical Department of the Sonora State Government. She has been Political Advisor to the Secretary of Education and Culture, Advisor to the General Director of of the Sonora Institute of Youth, Director General of the State Property Assets Agency, General Director of the Social Development for the City of Hermosillo, Councilwoman by the principle of proportional representation in the city of Hermosillo Town Hall, General Secretary for the Management Committee of the Institutional Revolutionary Party in Sonora, General Coordinator for the Governor Campaign of Claudia Pavlovich Arellano (first woman governor of the State of Sonora and only woman governor in the country). She also enjoys participating as keynote speaker in lectures, workshops, and courses.
