Jessica Walley is a former New Hampshire dispatcher with 12 years of experience and currently serves as a public safety administrative assistant, focusing on job-specific and culturally informed wellness. As a certified Yoga for First Responders®️ instructor, she combines her firsthand knowledge of high-stress operational environments with practical, chair-based nervous system regulation tools designed for dispatchers and other first responders. Her work is dedicated to helping those who care for others develop sustainable ways to process stress, build resilience, and support their nervous system—both on and off shift.
