Eileen is the Clinical Liaison at Forge VFR, serving as the embedded first responder clinician for the Salem NH Police Department, as well as the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office. Her 30-year career includes positions in state government administration and clinical operations, including employee assistance work, and human resources administration, all with a special focus on law enforcement and other first responders. Eileen was Chief Communications Officer for the State of NH Department of Transportation and holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch NE University. She is a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and a retired EMT. She is a clinical member of the Southern NH CISM Team, providing Critical Incident Stress Management supports and services With a focus on Peer Support, Crisis Intervention and Postvention as well as providing Training to support resiliency in first responders and veterans.
