Katrina Shamshak is the Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator at North Shore Regional 911, with over a decade of experience in public safety communications. She holds the ENP, CMCP,CCM, RPL, and COML certifications and serves as the Massachusetts State Coordinator for the Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce (TERT). Katrina is actively involved in regional and national leadership through APCO and other professional organizations, with a strong focus on training, quality improvement, and supporting dispatcher wellness and resilience.
