I have been an emergency services dispatcher for over 24 years with experience in both law enforcement and fire/ems. The past 14 years has been with Concord Fire Alarm as a Lead Fire Alarm Operator. I also have close to 30 years of experience as a call firefighter in the state with the past 18 years serving the town of Auburn. Having both dispatched and responded to Fire Mobilization activations, I can bring a unique perspective to educate fellow dispatchers when the NH Fire Mobilization Plan needs to be requested.
