With a career in public safety that began at age 18, Dustin brings over a decade of diverse frontline and leadership experience to the field of emergency communications. Starting as an EMT working overnight shifts in metro Boston, Dustin also served as a training officer before transitioning to dispatching with the Massachusetts State Police in 2012. In 2014, he joined a regional dispatch center, where he took on key roles including trainer, acting supervisor, shift supervisor, CPR instructor, and union steward. After leaving that agency in January 2025, he began working at Regional Old Colony Communications Center, continuing a strong commitment to public safety and professional development. Known for a calm presence under pressure and a passion for mentoring others, Dustin remains dedicated to supporting the dispatcher community through transition and growth.
