Amanda Mountford is a seasoned telecommunications specialist with nearly 17 years of experience in public safety, including almost 14 years at the Laconia NH Police Department. As a certified communications training officer, Amanda Mountford plays a vital role in training new personnel and ensuring smooth operations within the department. In addition to this role, Amanda Mountford serves as Chairman for the New Hampshire Emergency Telecommunications Response Team (NHTERT), Vice President for the New Hampshire Emergency Dispatchers Association (NHEDA), and Regional Coordinator for the National Joint TERT Initiative (NJTI). Amanda Mountford is also a part-time dispatcher for the Cheshire County Sheriff's Office. With a career in public safety that began in 2004 as a Junior Firefighter at the Richmond Volunteer Fire Department, Amanda Mountford brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to the field of emergency services.
