David Cloutier is the Director of System Operations for Eversource NH, with 19 years of utility industry experience. David is responsible for Eversource’s Transmission and Distribution Control Centers in Manchester, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the electric system in the state. David oversees a total of 42 System Dispatchers working a 24/7 rotating shift that respond to power outages and system emergencies. Prior to his time at Eversource, David was a System Operator at ISO New England, the regional operator of New England’s electric grid, and also spent nine years as a submariner in the US Navy. David is a Berlin, NH native and currently resides in Bedford, NH with his wife and three children.
