Bethany Drew began her career with NH 911 in 2015 as a Telecommunicator and has since advanced to the role of Medical Dispatch Supervisor, overseeing the QA/QI Team. With a background as a former first responder, culminating in a 30-year career, Bethany is dedicated to bridging the gap between the individuals behind the phones and radios and those in the field responding to emergencies. Drawing from personal experience and frustrations of not understanding New Hampshire’s 911 system, Bethany developed a state-wide presentation to educate our responders on not only “what” 911 does, but more importantly “why” it’s crucial to effective emergency response.
