Carrie joined the Legal and HR Department in August of 2025. She will provide training and consulting services for members. Carrie’s focus will be on mitigating HR-related risks prior to a supervisor or manager taking an employment action. Topics of her position might be responding to issues related to hiring, firing, performance, and leave issues.
