James Mercer II (they | anything. don't be shady) is a theatre artist and visual artist from PhiLLy-adjacent currently living in The Bay. Over the last decade plus, James has journeyed throughout the United States honing their skills as a storyteller, becoming an ensemble member with the Chicago physical theatre troupe, Theater Unspeakable; and training with the New York Film Academy, The School at Steppenwolf (Group 21), PMTI/PTAI with Lee Edward Colston II, and receiving an MFA from American Conservatory Theater.
