Kerry LaBotz is the Assistant Commissioner of Preservation Finance for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Kerry has been a part of the Preservation Finance team since 2011, first as the Deputy Director, and then Director of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Preservation Program (Year 15). Kerry started her career at HPD in 2007 in the Division of New Construction and, prior to joining the Year 15 team, was Chief of Staff for the Deputy Commissioner of Development.  Kerry holds a Master of Regional Planning (MRP) from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Delaware.
