Ryan Brandt joined Rochester’s Cornerstone Group in 2013 and has completed numerous successful affordable housing developments. Ryan's supportive housing experience includes properties such as Frances Apartments (persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities) in Monroe County, Town Side at Pre-Emption (frail elderly, MRT high utilizers) in Ontario County, and Sennett Meadows (frail elderly and veterans with disabilities) in Cayuga County.
He was recently promoted to Vice President of Development and is helping Cornerstone manage its tremendous growth while continuing to deliver quality affordable housing services to its residents. Ryan guides Cornerstone in pursuing affordable housing developments in Upstate NY in rural, suburban, and urban locations serving a wide range of populations. The partnerships he helps forge with co-developers, service providers, and municipal agencies are critical to the developments’ successes.
Ryan is also the Finance Chair for the Al Sigl Council, which engages in fundraising and community service activities to benefit its member agencies. He joined the Al Sigl Facilities Committee in 2019, which helps to oversee the operation of the numerous buildings and properties the Al Sigl community of agencies use to serve their clients. In 2020, Ryan joined the Fairport Baptist Homes’ Adult Care Facility Board, as well. He coaches his son's Little League team on nights and weekends. He is an active Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York, conducting closings on properties in multiple counties in Western New York.
Rochester’s Cornerstone Group has developed 2,300 units and manages 3,000+ units thru Cornerstone Property Managers across New York State and into Pennsylvania. It continues to expand in strategic locations while maintaining a high quality of development and property management services for its residents.
