William Hickox comes to CSDE Manufacturing LLC with a foundational background in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University. Mr. Hickox’s natural proclivity for math and science has made him a natural fit for CSDE’s operational needs. After attending CSU for mechanical engineering William Hickox left Colorado and pursued a career in the culinary arts in New York City. During his tenure in the restaurant world, William designed and managed the build-out of many commercial restaurant kitchens. Following his decade of experience in restaurant management, he applied those skills to launch a retail food brand, Rifraf Ricotta Cups. William took Rifraf from inception to launch in less than a year. During his time at Rifraf, he developed formulations, SOPs, HACCP plans, and managed all vendor relationships in the dairy space where he also became certified in LACP (low-acid canned food) and cGMP compliance. Through CSDE William utilizes the same manufacturing and supply chain experience applying it into a new medium, cannabis.
