Lila McKinley is a Supervising Staff Attorney with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection overseeing the Cannabis and Drug Control Legal Division Unit. Ms. McKinley joined the Department in 2014. Prior to joining the Department, Ms. McKinley practiced at a large law firm for five years in the area of professional liability. Ms. McKinley obtained her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
