Jerret has worked in public higher education settings ranging from community college to research universities over the past 20 years. With an institutional research background supporting persistence, graduation and enrollment management efforts, technology implementations and process improvement projects resulted in a move into the Registrar's realm. Currently Registrar at SUNY Oswego, Jerret has served as SUNY's Project Manager for the implementation of Degree Works Transfer Finder since September 2016.
