As the Mid-Atlantic Solutionaries Project coordinator at The Institute for Humane Education, Angela develops curricula and professional learning programs that empower students to tackle real-world challenges in their communities. Angela’s experience spans 28 years in classroom instruction, curriculum design, outdoor education, and educator professional development. In 2014, Angela was awarded the Presidential Innovation in Environmental Education Award for her work. Angela inspires educators to adopt practices that promote engagement, agency, and optimism within their students.
