Dr. Melanie Fowler is the Associate Provost of Student Success, focusing on student support and academic advising. With over 15 years of experience in instructional design, course development, assessment, and mentoring, she is passionate about engaging students through active learning. Dr. Fowler continues to teach courses in social-emotional learning and quantitative research.
She holds a doctorate in education and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Her work has been published in the Florida Journal of Educational Research, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and the Air & Space Power Journal.
