Tracey is the CEO of Inala Primary Care, an award winning, charitable general practice in Brisbane. Inala is Queensland's largest aggregation of social housing so patients suffer from intergenerational poverty, complex chronic disease and have higher rates of incarceration and interaction with legal systems. After more than a decade at the helm the group has established strong relationships within their local catchment to build partnerships supportive of more comprehensive care. This extends to legal services now embedded within the practice courtesy of support from a community legal provider. Tracey is known for championing, evaluating and publishing on team based care, integrated models of service delivery, care for the complex and marginalised and the economics of value based care. She is currently the Deputy Chair of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare Primary Care Advisory Group, Member of the Expert Advisory Panel advising government on reform to after hours and incentive funding to general practice and Chair of a Working Group developing the third iteration of "Getting Australia's Health on Track". She is also co-founder of two medical software businesses, Cubiko, a practice management dashboard solution and Cooee Health, a social prescribing workflow support.
