Astrid Kruse-Thorpe is the Manager of Access and Outreach at Access Health and Community. She oversees Social Prescription and Outreach programs aiming to link hardly reached community with services and supports. Astrid has experience developing programs and leading teams in the psychosocial support sector. A member of the AASW, Astrid's passion for community connection as a driver of positive health outcomes has led her to choose career directions that support community linkage and connection.
