NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation (NSW ACI) is the place where I apply my passion and skills for co-designing and implementing service improvement initiatives in the health sector. As a Patient Partner with over 17 years of experience and a postgraduate certificate in clinical redesign, I collaborate with clinicians, managers, and consumers to deliver effective and sustainable solutions that enhance outcomes, satisfaction, and quality of care. My diverse perspectives and experiences, as well as my workshop facilitation, emotional intelligence, and personal development skills, enable me to engage and empower stakeholders, identify and address gaps and opportunities, and work on multiple projects across various clinical areas, such as mental health, chronic disease, and palliative care. I am driven by the vision of creating a more person-centred, equitable, and compassionate health system, and I share my lived experience leadership and insights through public speaking, planning consultancy, and mentoring.
