Aranee is a strategic leader in higher education, dedicated to inclusively advancing student and graduate outcomes for all students. As Senior Associate Director for Careers & Employability at King’s College London, she drives institution-wide initiatives that improve graduate outcomes through a whole student lifecycle approach. With a background spanning teaching, student experience, and educational development, Aranee co-led the development of the QAA-funded Toolkit for inclusive employability development through the curriculum and has supported universities across the UK to adopt curriculum-led approaches as structural solutions to sustainably scale skills development, belonging, and meaningful graduate transitions. An Advance HE Senior Fellow and Director of AM Coaching & Consulting, she also contributes to national policy and practice through advisory roles with the Institute for Student Employers (ISE), Advance HE, and AGCAS, where she is a Board Director leading the social mobility and widening participation portfolio. Driven by a commitment to equity and impact, Aranee’s work empowers institutions to better serve the needs of all students, including those navigating the complexities of international study and graduate life.
