With a professional career spanning twenty-five years, Mark has extensive knowledge of and senior level experience within higher education. Over the course of his career Mark had led on strategy development, built impactful partnerships with educational institutions in the UK and internationally and successfully delivered external grants and projects. As Head of Global Engagement, Mark is responsible the overseeing the development and implementation of an informed, coordinated and strategic approach to global engagement at City St George’s, University of London. Through his management of the Office for Global Engagement he is also responsible for the delivery of key areas of global activity. Prior to joining City St George’s, Mark spent six years with the University of London International Programmes, overseeing the University’s engagement with a range of countries. Since September 2024 Mark has been Chair of the London Higher International network.
